As a full-time Realtor, I take pride in my career and will work relentlessly to find your dream home or get your property sold for the highest price in the least amount of time. I have had the opportunity to work in various aspects of a real estate transaction from contract to closing. When newly licensed in 1989, I worked as a personal assistant to a real estate broker. This is where I learned the business. In 2001, I earned my broker license and then continued my education as a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI). I served as our team marketing expert, buyer agent, selling agent and managed a multi-million-dollar real estate firm with my husband. In addition, we owned a well-known franchise, a boutique real estate office, and a title company.
I consider myself a life-long learner and continuing education allows me to represent clients by providing them with the knowledge and expertise necessary to ensure a smooth transaction. In 2016, I took some time off as a single parent to raise my son and worked in the education field as a teacher and instructional specialist for a local school district. At that time, I attained a master's degree in educational leadership. Within the past year, I earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation along with a PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) certification. Prior to that I received the (CIPS) Certified International Property Specialist designation, where I network with real estate agents throughout the world, thus exposing seller’s properties to buyers worldwide.
As a former New York native, bolding the cold winters for over 25 years, it was obvious, Sarasota was where I belong. In my spare time, I enjoy playing word games, exercising and walking my Alaskan Malamute, Zeus.
